Photos : New Wheels

Finally got em mounted today! Was $340 to get the tires on there and for an alignment (it needed one bad). Bummed it off my parents, so going to pay them back in a few weeks. The wheels look awesome! :) Sure beats those nasteh hub caps :icon16: Not to mention it handles better and actually gets traction :evillol:

Yea and i would be the third. Im so broke i am buyin zc parts and putting my motor together piece by piece. I have payed 100 for the block 100 for the head and 140 for gaskets and bearings. But it will do for me for a while till summer gets here and i can get something else mabye a b18b is what i was thinking.

i have 1 friend with an 89 DX 4-door, and i have another friend with an old subaru - he wants another car and was going to get something in the 6k-7k range and get a loan and make payments, but me n my other friend convinced him to get a 4g 4-door, because they're so cheap and tunable - so we might have a little group goin here :)

the one with the DX is rollin on steelies, as are a lot of people here, so dunt feel bad ^_^ it's more sleeperalicious!

but yesh, take things one step at a time, and you'll get to where you wanna go

hey i wanna join im down 3" on steelies (i want to golower but i like my shocks so when i get new ones and a camber kit im lookin for a 4.5" drop)
and my b16 is almost ready ... getin some aries pistons and eagel rods, hoping to be getting toda spec b cams with the toda valve spring kit.

3 inch steelies those are pretty small! lol jk :)

i think i'm sticking with d-series since i don't feel like swapping out my auto tranny for a manual

that would be a 3" drop and riding on steelies ...not 3inch steelies...lol

nice needs to be lowered...i love slamed 4g's

the offset on those rims are nuts. there 15x6 and i got 195s on them and it sits flush with my fenders so even if i wanted to drop it. if i drop it too low if it bottoms out, the tire is gonna rub on the bottom of the fender. you can see how far its out

aha, i was going to get 195/55s but they didn't have any, so i opted for 185/60s and they look fine - mine are 14x6 so i could fit 205s on there if i wanted to

well if it makes any difference most of the parts i have so far i got either for free or piss cheap- does that count?

Since I would be co-founder of this club... I think anyone that has enough money to start a project but not be able to finish it for at least 3 years, or anyone who doesn't have enough money to start a project or fix any current problems could be in this club... The idea is Poor, not Broke. ;)

Looks great man, nice and clean. Get that baby lowered and your handling improve once again. Get some strut and sway bars....you got yourself a nice little cornerer.

well i guess i could still be in. Got my motor finished today should be in tomarow. Wont be able to drive it tho because i have a 2 piece axle. Part is still in the tranny and the other end is laying on the ground. So once i get another axle ill be good
