Yeah , i wasn't sure where to post it , but i think this is the best place for it , anybody watches it here? I love that thing , it really got me into drifting and all this stuff , it's sick... what do you think about it?

i saw everything thats been out soo far. first stage (the best), second stage(okay), extra stage (horrible) and third stage the movie( almost as good as first stage) right now i'm waitin for third stage the series to come out. i've learned sooo much about cars in that series. and its all true with each cars advantage and disadvantage. all the courses, and even the gutter was based off the real places in japan. there is a website that shows you side by side shots of the real place to the anime. totally awesome anime and its my favorite anime.

You're not alone... I'm now thinking of a way to get a skyline , but it has to be LHD and the only places that the conversions are done are in the US or in Arabic countries... Maybe i'll just buy one from one of the arabic countries...

I think it's worth watching , at first i thought it was some stupid cartoon , because i'm not into this whole "anime" , but after watching Initial D i became a die hard fan of it , it really has nice cars , and they all have their strong and weak points , the race scenes are really nicely made and there is almost no "impossible" things during the races , there are better and worse drivers , some of them have their specialities like f.e racing in the rain etc. , nice storyline... Be sure to watch the 1st stage and the 3rd , after that you'll probably get the 2nd and the special stage too , but they aren't that good IMO , the special stage especially sucks...

definitly extra stage sucked. but i think he should watch the second stage before he gets to the third or else he would have no idea how did the AE86 get so fast. or who the emperors are.

Yeah probably your right , but 1st and 3rd are definitely the best

Damn i wish i could buy a legal copy somewhere around here , i only watched the legal copy of the first stage when i was in japan , and here i only can get some $hitty copies or some dirt stuff from those p2p and $hit... It's kinda strange , i would like to buy it , to pay for it , but i can't , they don't have it here:bloated:

i got the extra stage first... got hooked, bought the whole set (1-3) for like $55 shipped from out of the country and watched the whole thing over the weekend!
The story line is so cool, the cars are bad ass... and the graphics are intense. The only thing i don't get is Mogi's boyfriend who i thought was his dad...
Anyway, it is realistic and shows the different stages of how they got into cars (mostly Takumi), and educates the viewers on the different things that are happening, scientifically and not just making things up. So it is a great watch, you will learn a lot.
