Steering Columns

I have a 85 GMC Sierra ext. cab. and am restructoring it. I was wondering if anyone knew what if any other model columns would swap with it. Mine is a floor shifter and I would like to put a tilt column in it if possible. Anyone who has done this your comments would be appreciated.
