I have a blocked up heater core. Must replace. Tore the glove box out and looks like trouble. How does this thing come out? Any comments would be helpful (A diagram and step by step instructions would also be great, just thought I would ask).

Thanks

GT

To get to the heater core you need to remove the right lower trim panel and remove the lower part of the AC module. Sorry I don't have any exact procedures. It's doable but it will be a tedious process. BTW, are you sure it's a '97? They were discontinued in '96.

Sorry Chris...It's a 95.
By the way, I took the screws out of the bottom of the AC unit under the dash. It seems there is a sticky material keeping the two halfs together and does not want to come apart. Am I on the right track? Is the core inside this housing? What is the next in replacing this thing?

Thanks
