Has anyone put high flow fuel injectors in and noticed an increase in power? Im pretty sure that it would boost HP and torque, but not sure sure. If so, what did you put in...injector size.

i dont believe adding higher flowing fuel injectors is going to give you horsepower. you are still going to pump the same amount of gas into the cylinders. if you dump too much fuel into the cylinders, you are going to be running rich, which will hurt performance. the reason people get higher flowing injectors is when they go FI. with FI, you are putting more air into the cylinders, therefore you will need to pump more fuel. in a stock car, you are still dealing with the same amount of air.

The only time to upgrade is when going FI, otherwise it will just be a waste of money!!!!! But hey its your pay chaeck, not mine. Go for it!

you will run very rich if you do upgrade the injectors. you will not notice any difference in power since the ecu will set all the setting back as close to stock as possible. if you are going to go with forced induction of some kind, you can get away with the stock fuel system up to about 4 lbs of boost. anything over that you need upgraded injectors, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and some sort of air/fuel computer. if you're running between 5-10lbs of boost rc engineering 310's would be a good choice.

i thought he was asking about putting these on a stock car. he never said anything about FI so thats why we discouraged it
