i was going to buy it but I want to know if it is any good, or if it is useless.

IN Hong Kong I believe.

I bought that book and its a good resource to have. It gives a basic overview of how to create different types of dioramas and different materials that can be used.

is it?, oh well, i saw on a website the HKS Kansai logo, my understanding was that, each year HKS make 30 "Kansai" edition engines, they are full racing engines (i've only seen a Kansai RB26DETT, in C-RED's car with # plate GT-AAH)

Yea, but I was wrong, it isnt in hong kong. Its in Osaka, Japan. It's built on the world's largest man-made island, of landfill. Saw it on TLC's Ultimate 10 Super Structures I think.
