2002 TC transmission

I have a 2002 TC with 30200 miles on it. I just took it in to the dealer to fix a power passenger sliding door that wouldn't power open or close. They flashed the computer modules and fixed the door.
When I was picking up the car fromthe dealer, I put the gear in reverse, and the car just revved. I put it in park, then in reverse again, and it went in reverse. Now, occassionally, happened 4-5 times already in over 24 hrs, around 10-15 mpg accelerating, the tranny shudders. Does not happen all the time.
Do you think the computer has anything to do with it? Any one has any experience? I'm going to bring it in anyway, but I would like to know what it may be before I go in.

before you take it in, check the level and the color of your fluid, at 30,000 miles, if you haven't changed the fluid already, now's a good time to do that.

What color should the fluid be? I did have the trans fluid changed in Nov (2 months ago), though not at a dealer. Dealer cost $150 vs. Auto Center's $80. I do change the fluid every 15K or so.
Could it be gas line?

The fluid should be red in color. Now that you mentioned these symptoms, it sounds like the shop you went to didn't use the correct fluid for newer Chrysler vehicles. They're supposed to use Mopar ATF+4, chances are the shop you went to used either Mopar ATF+3 or 7176. Making a long story short, using anything else than the approved Mopar ATF+4 will cause transmission issues such as hard shifting, delayed engagement, torque converter shudder, etc. Go back to the dealer or to that place and ask what fluid did they put in your transmission.

DISCUSSION:
A new transmission fluid (ATF+4(R) - Type 9602) has been developed and is being used as factory fill for all vehicles with Chrysler automatic transmissions. Until now, vehicles originally filled with ATF+2 or ATF+3 were to be serviced with ATF+3. Effective immediately, it is recommended that all vehicles with Chrysler automatic transmissions except for 1999 and earlier minivans be serviced with ATF+4(R). ATF+3 should continue to be used for 1999 and earlier minivans because of the potential for torque converter shudder during break in. For all other applications the ATF+4(R) fluid offers significant benefits as outlined below.
NOTE :ATF+4(R) MUST ALWAYS BE USED IN VEHICLES THAT WERE ORIGINALLY FILLED WITH ATF+4(R).
NOTE :SERVICE INTERVALS DO NOT CHANGE. THE SERVICE INTERVAL CURRENTLY IN EFFECT FOR A GIVEN VEHICLE SHOULD CONTINUE TO BE FOLLOWED.
