Delete account problem

Ok i'm using windows XP professional. Well thanks to OZ :thumbsup: i know how to go onto other ppls account and change there password. Now i got my account back to administrator. I want to delete my other account but it says access denied? How do i delete it? Thanks

Log on as any administrator and go Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Change Password.
