Installing Stepside Shaver kit

I bought a Stepside shaver kit for my 97 stepside s 10. and i was wandering if anyone had ever installed this kit or any fiberglass kit before.
It doesnt have a hole for the license screw to go into. what kind of drill do i need?
And as far as installing it to the body im lost. It didnt come with any mounting hardware or directions. What would you use, or did you Use?

You always have to modify fiberglass parts to fit right, and look the way that you want them too.

It would probably look funny unless you recessed (frenched) the licence plate in. You can drill through the fiderglass with a steel drill bit, and I'd use those plastic expanding drywall type screwes to hold the plate on.

I'd just use some of that body panel glue that GM often uses to stick their doors on with. It's tough. Plus if you can rivit it on from behind it's always a good idea.
