Starts and runs with few probs please help me......

Ok well I just finished Changing the Motor in my cavy again this is the third motor and well I started it up and fired up first try which was nice, but i let it idle for about 15 min to warm up and then went for a small drive, I noticed it shift kinda hard, and the trac off light was on, and also the check engine light came on. Can any1 help me out what may be the problem? is it a sensor or a wire or something messed up?

well since no1 could seem to answer this. i found the problem the main plug in for the tranny was not plugged in all the way. the car is running mint now.

When your done double checking stuff, check again. Word to live by!!
