Truck for me?

Ok, so theres a teacher at the seminary class at my high school who has a 91ish (hes not sure) Toyota Mini pickup.
It has been lifted to about... 14 inches maybe? and has large tires that need replacing soon, also the front side panels on the exterior are black, the cab is blue, the hood and bed are red...
Duel exhaust, though the left one is crimped about half of the width at the end.
The engine was replaced w/ the 3.0L V6 (Toyota's), 50,000 miles on the new engine.
After installing the new engine, the first owner's gf rolled the truck, then the current owner baught it and his son has been fixing it up. The engine runs very well and looks well-kept, i dont mind the exterior (looks kinda cool =p ). I can get more info from the guys son, and i am free to test drive the truck.
He doesnt know how much its worth so does anyone have a price possibly? ill take pics
also do you guys think it will be a good, relyable truck? (the rolling is the only thing that concerns me)
