Need help getting copy of tsb

I had a problem with a vibration under the dash on my 04 sierra. Took it yo dealer and they said it was a flex plate(?) covered under tsb 02-06-05-003c But I cant seem to find any info on this tsb without subscribing to alldata. If anyone can help please e-mail or pm me. Thnx in advance.
