96 Q45 Seat not working...

I have a 96 Q45 and my driver power seat stopped working! I am able to move the back rest up & down and the head rest is working fine even the seat it self will go up & dawn but I can't move the seat forward & back. When I try it, it moves a hair and will go back a hair. So this tells me that there is nothing wrong with the motor. It seems like there is something stuck in the track. How do I remove the seat from the tracks so I can look inside?
