95 Silverado Door Pannels

I just recently got a 95 C1500 Silverado Ext. Cab and the driver side door handle is falling off(missing a screw) and I cannot figure out how to get the door pannel off to fix it. Also, the speakers in the back are blown and I cant get the pannels off to replace those either. Anyone know the trick to these?

Side door panels are held on by what you call Christmas tree fasteners, I personally took these off by a screwdriver and a crowbar. I would advise buying the tools they make for installing/removing the Christmas trees. There may be some other screws and stuff I don’t know I just replaced the trees. I advise buying a Chilton pickup repair manual it has all the information on interior work. You can find them at Murrays for about 17 bucks. Hope this helps!
