I need your help (remote entry)

hello!
I have some problems with remote entry in my Park Avenue. I've checked the batteries and now it works but something is still wrong. When I press UNLOCK button it unlocks the car but when I press LOCK it doesn't work at all (same with TRUNK button). My friend has PA (91) and we've matched my transmitter to his car and it works in the same way - it unlocks but doesn't lock the car(unfortunately he's lost his transmitter and I can't match it to my car). I'm almost sure that transmitter is ok (chceked by expert in electronics). What else can I do to fix it?Please help me!

Sounds like you've traced it to a bad transmitter. You can find a replacement on eBay for CHEAP; that's your best option in my opinion. Otherwise it could be the contacts under your LOCK and TRUNK buttons.
