Milling a head

I have a 92 Celica GT... It needs a clutch replacement...but after that how much of the head could you cut off to get better compression

why would u mill the head of a 5sfe unless ur planning on spending ALOT of $$$ on it

Why would it cost allot of money if I just mill the head
