Where is the best place to look for info on how to replace a clutch on my 89 b2200. I have the parts and all I need now is a little guidance, I would like to do it myself. One, its cheaper and, two, I'll have the satisfaction of doing it myself. I would like to read a little about the job at had before I decide to rip apart the underbelly of my poor little pickup.
Someplace online would be great, easy to find books anything, the cheaper the better.
thanks

I only have a Haynes manual when I did my clutch replacement.
You will need 4 jackstands to support a lifted truck to about 18" off the ground.
It took me about 6 hours to complete the job.
You have to drop the drive shaft and then the transmission.
Make sure you support the engine from the bottom to keep it from tilting towards the back.
You will have to remove the exhaust bracket attached to the bellhousing too.
Then everything can be accessed from the bottom of the truck, i.e. pressure plate, flywheel and rear seal.
