clutch fluid loss

I'm back with more questions.

Lost my clutch. Bled the fluid as suggested. Have clutch back but after about 6 days I noticed the fluid level is low. There are no visible leaks and the master cylinder was replaced within the past 4 months.

leaky slave cylinder perhaps. rebuild kits are around $15-20

Forgot to mention it's an 88 Cherokee with 4 WD.

I have a 1993 Cherokee sport 5 speed I was on the verge of removing my clutch and replacing the seals until I brought my vehicle to a Jeep dealership & they daignosed the situation. My clutch fluid was leaking due to a lack of ventilation in the valve cover. I thought they were nuts - apparently the pressure builds up in the crank case causing seals to fail.
Remove the valve cover and clean it out. Replace the CCV fitting and while your at it replace the air intake fitting. Your air filter will probably have motor oil in it.

You may want to consider replacing the oil filter housing seals as well.

its probably your slave cylinder.its on the input shaft of the trans and the throwout bearing is part of it.if you go to the trouble of replacing it,you should probably replace the clutch also.
