shocks install

I have a set of tokiko illumina shocks and spring that have been sittin around my house waitin to be put on for about a month now but the guy who was gonna put them on can't so i have to do it unless i wanna pay $350. Does anyone know how to install the shocks and what tolls i need to do that or know of any links to sites that tell how?
