Bought c.d. player for ford focus from Canada. Seems there is a different frequency on radio, I can not tune anything on FM band. Is there some way of changing same ??

I'm a little confused by your post; did you buy an aftermarket head unit, or a CD player from Ford? Either way, sounds like you may have gotten a bad unit, or maybe missed a connection in the back, though this is something that I doubt as there is only one antennea wire, and the actual head unit seperates the AM and the FM frequencies.

Bought unit from Canada, but fitting into a European car. Seems there is a different radio frequency in the States vs Europe. Guess I will have to put old unit back in, its only got a cassette player.

Yes, like I said, Euro car, so it needs a Euro antennea adaptor to get the antennea to plug in...how would the frequencies be different?
EDIT: Sorry, didn't see your other post, where I mentioend the adaptor. Sorry about that
