Is there a lot of gain if i change my stock dohc vtec cam to type-R camshaft ? How much ?
Which one should i go for (Jun,Toda,Type-R) for daily driving and street play ?

You could try PM'ing Hypertune, but he's not on here much. He works at a workshop who do those sort of conversions.
