New computer

i have a 97 grand am se and i was wondering where i could find a new computer for it so i can get rid of the speed limiter that only allows me to go 105 mph. it has the 2.4L DOHC engine

I think you have to use a re-programmed EPROM. However, I would not recommend by-passing the speed limiter because the stock tires are not rated past the speed limiter range. Tire driven past their rated speed range will cause the tire to loosen its strength and fail.

i know that, thats y i dont have stock tires anymore. where can u find the reprogrammed EPROM?
