4.3 Liter tuned port

has any body ever heard of a 95 4.3 with a tuned port intake? i saw this on ebay "This is a great deal on the best 4.3 vortec of all, the newer ones did not have tuned port and the earlier ones do not have the improvements this one has so that makes it the best one which always has the black tuned port intake." is this true? its out of a 95 Bravda. mines a 95 with the CPI. the only diff i can see is that the intake is painted black. i've seen this before but i don't know if its just painted or is there a diff?

does any body know what i'm talking about? any body ever heard of such a thing?

I saw that listing, he is just talking about the CPI injection system.
