Question about Revell Escalade

Hi!

I need to know the exact diameter of the gas cap on the Revell Escalade as I´m going to fabricate a new one out of aluminium for a friend of mine. Could someone who has the kit, built or unbuilt help me with this? I´ve tried several times to contact my friend but it seems he´s out of town or somthing.

Actually it is more like 6mm. In fact it is 6mm on the model. I just measured it off mine.
