AC mode panel problem

On my 96 Sebring conv. The mode selector for panel/bilevel door floor defrost is not working. In any position the air blows just from the panel. Floor, defrost and bilevel is not working. Does anybody know how to fix this? As I remember is there an electric motor which is located on the HVAC unit housing.

You have either one of two things: a faulty head unit or a bad body control module; that controls the mode doors for the air ducts.

Can I check the module? Where ist it placed?

I wouldn't advice you checking it, you could short circuit the module or if you're not careful, static electricity from your hands can go through the module and fry it out. Might want to take it to someone who can check it w/o frying the module w/ static electricity.
