I just ran a code check and the two following codes came up
157 - Mass Air Flow Sensor below minimum voltage
and
157 - Mass Air Flow Sensor above maximum voltage
I have no clue what to do to fix this error.
Do I have to change out the sensor it self or is there something else it could be?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I replaced it on my 94 4.0. It is on the air cleaner snout and only two screws. Whne mine failed the engine pinged and was short on power.

billvieth is correct
i'm getting the same codes
i tried cleaning the sensor wires on the sensor and plug and got rid of the high voltage code 158 but the code 157 stuck around.
So i guess it's off to the parts house.
one important thing to know about the 2 screws on that little puppy though. They are tamper proof torx screws. What i mean by tamper proof is they are in the shape of the torx bit but they have a tit in the middle of the hole so it won't take a normal torx bit screwdriver or socket to remove them.
Just thought i'd throw that in to save someone some trouble in the future :)
