Over Heatting

My Car Is Over Heatting And I Don't Know Way. It's Got A New Head Gasket. I Think My Idle Air Control Is Bad It Revs Up And Down But WHEN I UNPLUG IT IT RUNS LIKE IT SHOULD. BUT Now My Car Is Over Heatting I Don't Think That My Fans Are Running, So What Do I Do About It. THE FUSE IS NOT BLOWN

Well check your thermostat. Check for leakes. Check your oil just to make sure there isnt antifreeze/water in your oil. Check and make sure that your radiator isnt clogged at the bottom. My fan in first rex didnt work either. The fuse was good as well. I didnt really feel like messing with it so i just put a toggle switch on it. But thats a few things that you could look at.

check your radiator cap, if the rubber seal is bad, thats your prob. had the same thing happen to me and replaced it and never over heated again after that.
