Beefing up suspension for an '84

I've been bottoming out alot, mainly the front end. Reaking havoc on my exhaust. Shocks are still good according the the local midas. I'm wondering if the springs might be shot? If so, could I put in 9c1 springs without raising the ride height? Or is there another way to stiffen up the front end?

I replaced my springs at 167k miles. The car was sagging just a bit to one side. It's time to replace them again, and I also want to replace the body-to-frame isolators.
I read somewhere a long time ago that "as a rule" springs "usually" go to 100k, and they're actually pretty reasonable cost-wise.
At least Midas was honest enough not to soak you for new shocks. I'm strongly considering air shocks for the rear (or coil over shocks).
Good luck

Read the thread below as I'm getting tired of posting this thing over and over...
