Rear side window seal

I just noticed that the pass. side rear window seal is hanging down about an inch or so at the top. It is not loose anywhere but right at the top.Does anyone know what type of adhesive will work to glue it back on ,or have any recomendations?

Thanks I used some adhesive/sealant that was supposed to work,and it didnt stick. I'll try this stuff and hope it works
