i was wondering if anyone knew which one would be the most easiest to do?? and if anyone has any pictures of both interiors. i dont know which way to go with my interior. the only advantage i have with tweed over the painting , is my father-in-law knows how to do tweed though he lives 3 hours away from me. also any websites where i could buy tweed or good interior paint . thanks a million

using fabric to change the interior appearance comes out better looking, as long as the work is done right. painting it can look pretty good, but it will require a lot of prep work for the paint to stick to the plastic and look good.

id recommend getting a piece of tweed and wrapping a spare interior part like a pillar or a glovebox. if you like how it looks, go for the rest of it. the only parts that are hard about interiors is concave curves (ones that curve inward).

yeah definitely use fabric, do-it-yourself paint jobs crack easily and don't last long if you don't do it correctly

I'd suggest looking in your phone book for a fabric wholesale shop or something along those lines. I looked all over in stores selling fabric for cloths and furniture but no1 had what I needed.

Tweed looks MUCH nicer than paint, it is just more expensive and harder to install.

it depends on how well u do it, if ur good enough at it, no u wont see creases. if ur not that great then yea u prolly will. best bet when doing the dash would be to do the top and bottom in 2 separate pieces. just take a panel like one in the back and practice on it untill you know what your doing exactly
