central lock system

hi fellas, my central lock does not work.it keeps unlocking after i lock.any suggestions please?

probably one of the door drop locks not working correctly(usually the rear)when locking car press on individual buttons to see if it will then lock,the one you hold and it locks is the faulty one!could be cured with wd40 or similar.

forgot to add that the model is E36! thanx for the tip barry but unfortunately did not work....

could be a badpower door lock actuater located under steering wheel behind dash its the top left one. that was the one i had to replace on my 93n 325i cost $17
