Sarcastic Comments

This is a really good forum.But when you read a post you always notice someone has added to most of them with a sarcatic remark.If you don't know the answer to a persons problem why waste the time to say something that's not even funny?Most of the people on here have problems with vehicles they are trying to solve,No one needs the extra remarks from people to just to try to get a laugh!You know who you are!

Very true; I understand you concern. It was frustrating to me at first also. After a bit though it came to be entertaining to hear the comments, especially as I began to know the commenters.

I'm guilty of that but not lately I don't think, the last time I can recall using sarcasm was when I was bugging LTJGWorth a little bit. I didn't know you guys got so offended by stuff like that, I'm sorry.

I am never offended, but I am new to this forum and agree. There seems to be a select few that surf a round being Sarcastic or rude.
I also understand the frustration with some of the stupid or foolish post's. There are a lot of un-educated know it alls.

The thing is we were all un-educated or young at one point and should atleast be respectfull of one another.

about the sarcasm, i dont think anyone should take light jokes personal. If they do, you need to lighten up.

nuttin wrong with sarcasum or wisecracks :grinyes: But for just being rud is kinda uncalled for :nono:
After all if you are rud to people when you ask for there help expect to get what you give :loser: LOL

I've been sarcastic a bit, but I'm sorry, that's just me. Yes, this is a forum to ask questions and hopefully get answers, but why not get a laugh while you're doing so? Rude is a different story, but as D said earlier, lighten up. We're all truck guys (read people), and if we're on here with a problem then we're all more than likely a bit stressed. What better way to relieve some tension?

Yeah I have had my fair share of rude comments in these forums, but the helpful and nice guys out weigh them. If you can't handle it, you can always check out Dodge Truck World. There's plenty of cool guys there.

My anger management therapist told me I had a problem like this.

I tend to be a smart ass quite a bit, but when it comes down to it if I can help out I do. Otherwise if it sounds like it's something I am not sure about I usually don't even read the thread. If I get to off topic for you and am sarcastic or rude let me know.

You totally offended me when you said I offended you when I was talking about people being offended. I mean taking offense when someone is talking about being offended is just offensive. IMO.
