At .020 light to moderate drinkers begin to feel some effects.
At .040 most people begin to feel relaxed.
At .060 judgment is somewhat impaired, people are less able to make rational decisions about their capabilities (eg. driving).
At .080 there is a definite impairment of muscle coordination and driving skills; this is legal level for intoxication in some states.
At .10 there is a clear deterioration of reaction time and control; this is legally drunk in most states.
At .120 vomiting usually occurs. Unless this level is reached slowly or a person has developed a tolerance to alcohol.
At .150 balance and movement are impaired. This blood-alcohol level means the equivalent of 1/2 pint of whiskey is circulating in the blood stream.
At .300 many people lose consciousness.
At .400 most people lose consciousness; some die.
At .450 breathing stops; this is a fatal dose for most people.
At .914 you become a living god...if you are still living.

Im not sure if I would want to party with him or not, on one hand it would be cool to see him drink everyone at the party under the table, on the other hand, all the gold in Ft. Knox prolly couldn't buy enough alcohol to get him buzzed.

I lived in Bulgaria (Starazagora) for 7 months (excellant Snowboarding) and have been to Plovdiv & Sofia, Beer/lager costs about 40c a pint, and they dont use measures when pouring spirits, about 60ml for a single shot, no wonder he has that much alcohol in his system, I came back with stomach ulsers from too much drinking, brilliant country though, cant wait to go snowbaording there next year.

How could you possibly have BAC over 1. That would mean the concentration of alcohol in the bloodstream is more than 100%.

i'll have to look it up then, all i remember them saying is that he was more than double the usual amount to cause death. And i'm preeetty sure i remember seeing a number over 1
Are you sure 1 BAC is 100% i dont think so... cause i've seen it written down as 0.08% as the legal limit for driving. Which would mean that 1.00 BAC is 1% not 100%

Actually I'm pretty sure that BAC is expressed as a percentage. 1.00 would be 1%.

The BAC is not a percentage of alcohol in blood. See, for example, http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/safety/motorist/drunkdriving/calculator.htm:
"Blood/Breath Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is the amount of alcohol in the bloodstream or on one's breath. BAC is expressed as the weight of ethanol, measured in grams, in 100 milliliters of blood, or 210 liters of breath."

Straight up! A BAC of 1.0 would be 1 gram of alcohol in every 100ml of blood (basically.)
