Knock sensor shouldn't make it stall, so forget that. O2 sensor could, but not likely, usually just makes 'em run crappy and get bad mileage. There is just too many things that can do this without more info about when, where, what temp, speed, what's being lost (igniton, spark, primary power) If it occurs after complete warm up, and as you decelerate, I'd suspect EGR malfunction, TCC solenoid, among others. If it happens randomly and will restart after a while, Ignition module, crank position sensor, fuel pump, relay, etc. Which motor you got? The 2.5's had problems with the vacuum line going to the map sensor collaspsing and causing that when warmed. It's and easy fix. More info needed.

Just shooting in the dark, I think I'd try a Crankshaft Position Sensor first. You're gonna need it soon anyway if it's original, so it's money well spent.

AHHHH! You've got the sticking TCC solenoid problem, most likely. Check out some of the recent threads about that and see if it sounds familiar.
