Cant upload my Pic

Cant upload my pic. It keeps saying only valid file extension is .jpg and is over 100kb, it is 24k and definately a jpg.

Were are you trying to do it? In your profile? Whats your pictures dimensions also?

Pic size is 5cm x 2.43cm 72dpi = 29kb, Ill email the pic to you
