4wd 4ws Gti non starter

I HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH 4WD 4WS GTI (1990) only 95k

doesn't start have had ecu rebuilt
no spark,
no fuel
no engine management light.

sounds like a ecu or mpi fuse. check those and go from there
