removing the factory tape and installing business cd

hi all,
i recently picked up a 05 4.4 x5
i am looking for info and help in replacing the tape with business cd
got the business cd from ebay and have found this page

which talks abt doing the install in a non-x5

does anyone have any suggestions/ideas/ help ?
