Head Gaskets

Fel-Pro, Titan, Mr Gasket, Etc WTF????

Should I use Cooper or one of the other kinds. Also how in the hell do I know which to get? Bore, etc is way beyond me, how do I figure that out?

Have a 454 oval port (1974 out of either a Monte Carlo or Chevelle), 11:1 copmpression, etc. Need anymore details???
