Is every car capable of using NOS?

Please don't tell me that I need a "super-car" in order to even consider it. I'll probably purchase a typical 1.4 to 1.6 liter car within the next 2 years and I definetely consider NOS as an option. If some cars are NOS capable and others are not, how will I know it before I purchase? Also, what kind of prices should I expect for a NOS system? And do I only pay for that, or is there any significant engineer "work" for installation that I have to consider?

First off its Nitros, NOS is a company...
Nitros Oxide Systems.
Second, any internal combustion engine can bennifit from Nitros Oxide. Even Diesel engiens (but it will only help during engine acceleration when the engine is ran richer than is needed for that particular RPM)
Nitros Oxide is any gas that has nitrogen and oxygen. the most commonly used is N2O because it is the most stable. NO- would give the most oxyen but is very volitile and reactive. When N2O is heated it breaks down (its covalent bonds dont hold up well in the high tempature of the combustion of gasoline) into N2 and O. the O then bonds togather into O2. then the O2 combines with Sextane, Octane, Nontane, and Dectane (the 4 basic compontets of gasoline, if yo uare using another fule it would combine withthat fule...of course)
Here is and example.
2M N20 + Heat ---> 2M N2 + 1M O2
25M O2 + 2M C8H18---> 16M CO2 + 18M H2O
Because the acearge percentage of Oxygen in the air is around 20-21% and the percentage of oxygen in N2O is 33.3% you gain more oxygen, this allows for more Fule. More fule and more oxygen make more power. N2O is also very cold (as all gasses) when it is released form pressure. this maxes the intake charge very cool which inturn makes it very dense which puts even more oxygen int othe cylender.
So yhe answear to your question is, any engine will make more power when Nitros Oxide and extra fule are emited into its intake. How much extra fule and Nitros you can put in there is determined by how strong your Rod, Pistons, Crank shaft, and bearings are.
25-50shot (aprox 25-50extra hp) is what you should start out with to be on the safe side. There is a nitros kit for just about any car out there. here are a few Companies to look at.

First of all, its Nitrous, Nitros is nothing.
N-I-T-R-O-U-S
Second, gasoline is typically made up of HC chains from 4-12 in length, not just those 4. There is also no such thing as Nontane and Dectane in gasoline, its Nonane and Decane.
Third, what is "fule"?? :eek7:

Yes N2O is laughing gas,
oh and thankyou for corecting 2 small spelling errors. and FYI thoes 4 chains are the most prevelant in gasoline. all others just happen to slip into the gaoline during the refineing process. you will also find Octane in Diesel and Kerosine...

Great. Exactly what I wanted to hear. I'll look for a car that either has the gear ratios adjustable, or achieves a top speed before the "red" area of the engine RPM with the last gear.
Can you also give me an idea of what kind prices to expect? $10?, $100, $1000?

Depends which kit you get...it can run anywhere from about $500 all way up to $1000+ for a venom kit. And im sure they go even higher than that for a direct port setup.

I'm also worried that prices here, might be more expensive for such staff, than in USA. But it surely worths it, before this annoying goverment here, installs speed-monitoring cameras in the streets.
What's your stories guys? Do you use nitrous? Have you ever used it and how did you deal with your countries "speed-limits" and authority?

Kits around here can run from low $300's to 1,2,3000. A good Dry Kit should run from $400-$700. Shouldnt be too far off in greece.

fuck nitrous, just get a holden.
if you want a car that's fast get a V8 rather then spend thousands on a temporary soloution to tell people you're car is better than yours cause you run N2O
i.e. get a holden, hhehehehe

To answer your question though....Yes every car can use Nitrous to an extent.
