JDM B16A ZEX question

i have a JDM B16A with an AEM CAI, DC Ceramic 4-1 header, DC Stainless exhaust, and some zex spark plugs, and i got a zex kit...now, with those being my only engine mods, how big of a shot should i be able to run safely? and is there any other things you would suggest to keep it running safely? (parts, etc.) i know 3 people who recently blew their motors with n2o, so now i'm a little paranoid.

the B16 motor is a VERY strong motor. it's argued by many that it even rivals the B18 & H22 for durability. you could use the 55 shot daily & safely, but i've been told to use the 75 shot only on rare occasions, i.e. at the track.

Zex rates their jets at the crank not at the wheels so the 55 shot is safe to run on a completly stock motor. Things you want to think about is getting some colder plugs (one step colder for the 55 shot, two steps for the 65 and 75 shot). If you decide to run the 65 shot then I would suggest an MSD Dig 6+ ignition and a new fuel pump, FPR, anf Fuel PSI Guage. With those upgrades you will have no problem with the 75 shot. The 2 most important things to upgrade when running ANY nitrous system (wet or dry) is fuel delivery and Ignition.

55 shot daily? damn!! u gota have some big ass balls to be hitting nos daily. just start off low and see how your engine holds up before moving onto bigger shots
