96 Safari- No LCD Read Out on shift indicator or Odometer just Blank. Transmission is in "Null" Mode (Second Gear). 3.43 -4.23 Volts at Trans Fuse Link. Remove fuse and a Full 12 Volts on the white wire side. Plug it back in, back down to above mentioned Volts. Removed Cluster and back up to 12-Volts on both sides White and Pink at the fuse box. 12-volts at the Cluster Plug In (Pink Wire) on Accessories Mode. Checked the Plug Ground and seems to be good. I believe it MAY be the Cluster, but my question is, is there any other circuit open when you select Only accessories where only the LCD Lights Up and Nothing else?........This is a Latent Problem that comes and goes and is Directly related to Cold temps. If anyone has any advice or a Good "Non" Typical Diagram i would be grateful. The Shift indicator Switch on the side of the transmission has been replaced as well Thanks...When the LCD does come back on, everything is fine, transmission goes back to normal.
To Clarify: I have an analog Dash with the shift indicator and Odometer as LCD, this is what i'm asking about, the LCD Part. Thanks (again).
