I'd say around 380HP to the crank if you can hold 14.5 to redline. (Are your precats gutted?)The quarter will depend on lots of things.

Gutted is when you drill out the catalist material in your cats.

I'd say less than 380...the catback and testpipe are good, but the biggest exhaust restrictions (downpipe and precats) are still on your car...

Also the fuel pump is rather unneccessary at this current point...you will need it if you upgrade your turbos or plan on running more boost, but you would also need larger injectors, an Air/Fuel controller, so alone the fuel pump wont help too much...rather than buying it, you may want to put that money into new plugs, wires, and fuel filter, just to make sure everything is running in the best possible way for more boost.
