Monte Carlo Fog Lights

Does anyone know if the 2001 Monte is prewired for fog lights,and the dash switch?

My son's 2001 was but of course they came on the car. You talking about the lights in the front bumper? Check to see if there are any wiring under the bumpers. Good luck.
