I have a 1987 Vette and I am trying to remove both seats, the power to the seats does not work. Is there a way to put seats in manual or does anyone have any suggestions. I am wanting to install new interior.

Are your seats just not working or do they not have power TO them?? If you don't have power coming to the seats, it would be very easy to find the problem or to run a new power source to them.
If the seats themselves are the problem, first, you may try cleaning the contacts on the power seat switches, that could solve your problem.
If you still want to convert the seats to manual sliders, you should just have to change the slider assembly in, in place of the power assembies. That shouldn't be too big of a deal. There are alot of Corvette salvage and parts places to find what you need. With a little detective work, you can probably find parts in your area.
