Engine problem

I got a Really Bad Knock and Pieces of metal in Pan what do i do lol.... This is the second engine i have blown up maybe i need a alittle less power or a bigger motor. any ideas i am thinking bout doin the 3.8 swap. well just thought i would let you guys know what i did...
