crouching maxima hidden probe

so i got out of work and i deciede to take the long extreamly long way home, its about 1230 at night and im on a hi way, just as im about to merge on i see a 98 shape maxima head light comming in the distance, so im like f* it i got enought space so i step on it to merge on, hit 11psi freaking spinning tires in 2nd wow! :icon16: so i hit about 80 merging in and then i let off and let the car shift to 4th, so i guess i got the maximas attention, he decides to get along side of me, so from what i see its a 98 shape max, lowered, exhasut and intake and some gauges inside, nuthing to crazy, so i let him get ahead to think that im a slow p.o.s. so he gets like 2 cars ahead then i get back into 3rd hit 11psi and procced to get on his ass, :icon16:

by now the maxima driver is like wtf? :eek7: so i get along side of him and him and his buddy was like :eek7: :eek7: and im like :iceslolan by now were at like 90 by the time i hit 110 he was like 4-5 cars behind me, i decied to exit off, ill take that win.

4-5 cars? that's pretty good, those 4th gen max's aren't slow. what kind of 1/4 times does your probe run?

What if nobody wants to race him because he has a car too powerful and fast?

well in the maxima defence he did have 2 people in the car (they weren't small people if you know what i mean), my car isnt that fast, but its decent, i was suprized the maxima lost that badly i figured it would of kep up esp. at hi end, maybe he let off or something but when i let off i was a good 4-5 cars ahead,

i estimate the probe to be a hi 14's car and a mid 14's on a good day when it has no problems, but latlely ive been driving with a check engine light and when its cold it idels at 1500 which sucks,

as for no one wanting to race me, that will never happen its nyc well jam packed full or ricers that dont know any better and also alot of fast cars 400hp se-r, 700hp supra's, 500hp rx-7, you name it its over here in nyc, finding people isnt very hard, thats why i get a kill atleast twice a month, but i gotta calm down its not good, i must learn self contorl and to drive off boost. lol

you kno turbo2nr... i have yet to look at an old-school probe without thinking *I wonder if its a turbo probe* since i heard about ur car, thats' frickin' awesome keep toasting them until the probe dies but definitely keep the probe

lol my car has that effect on people i rember when summer was ending and i was hanging with these group of kids (mostly ricers civic, integras) they were like damm since we seen you probe we think twice now, that was after i took out their maxima, gst, integra and civics, lol

Yeah..I know what you're saying about people not wanting to race you. There for awhile I had beat every ricer and his cousin in this area...and like...no one would race me except LS1s and cobras. :(

the comp. test was wrong my engine is strong, its suppose to be form 150-160 mines is 150,153,160,157, so the motor is strong as hell.

You ever gonna get rid of that thing man, i mean i understand not wanting to let go of it and still driving it and everything, but it's time to move on. Like breaking up with that old outdated girlfriend and moving on from g/f 3.0 to 3.7 Besides i'm interested in seeing what you get next, so hurry.

yea well the other car is still in the works, so i have to be pacient, but it will be comming but its taking time... good things are worth the wait..

I have the same problem getting people to race me...they are either too much slower than me or too much faster than me...I guess I'm in the in between bracket where my car is neither fast nor slow. I live in a small town (pop. 27,000) and it's either rice, or big honkin detroit muscle, and there is nowhere for me to fit in, lol.

I don't mean to hijack this thread..but street racer 00..how much did you pay for your gtech thing and do you think it's worth having?

i know how it is having raced about everyone, but everyone's modded cars are about the same as mine stock, then after i'm turbo'd (or sleepr'd) there is a whole other class of turbo cars and old school muscle to keep me occupied, i'm just in a rut, thats all

I think I paid around $120 for mine about a year ago...now they can be had for waaayyyy less than that...I think it's worth having, if you don't have a track anywhere near where you live, like I do. I honestly don't know how accurate it is because I've never been to the track to have a basis for comparison.

well thats the good thing about the winter. everyone takes there car off the road and does stuff to them so that there is more and better competition out there next spring

yea i know alot of people who work on their car over the winter and bring it back out in the summer, that the general rule in nyc, almost 90% of the peeps i know take their car off the road in the winter and work on it, a good example is my boy and his 300z, about 2 summers ago his car was garbage, 2 busted turbo and 4psi of boost, now the summer that just passed he makes 450hp, during that winter he was driving a 626, when we ask him what happend to his z he just would have the baddest smirk on his face..

2 bad the probe wont be badder it will just be gone.. if i had my way by next summer i would be running 16psi on a chiped ecu with a 255intank and msd ignition..
