HELP!! <-security system

Something is wrong with my PA(93) security system. Yesterday I was trying to match transmitter to my PA and I've made something wrong - I've grounded "F" and "M" (diagnostic connector above the accelerator pedal). I've left my car at parking space and today a guy who works there told me that alarm turned on 3 times during the night. What's wrong with it?Maybe my mistake (connection F-M)is the reason?What can I do to fix it?Please help! (I closed the car manually - I hope that security system is disabled now).

I've found somethig but I'm not sure if it is important for security system - the lever (lock/unlock) in left rear door doesn't work in correct way. When I lock or unlock doors with power door lock it goes up or down only a little (not to the end) i've tried to do that manually but I was unable to move it. It was impossible to open the door from inside and outside. Finally I've opened the door. I closed them again but stronger, pressed LOCK (PDL) the lever went down. I think that the lever wasn't in the 'lock' position when alarm was setting off, do you think that it could be the reason why alarm was setting off during the night?Regards
