Battery hidden

I currently have a 1995 525tds.I went to replace the battery which I know is under the rear seat but cannot get the seat to move.Have read the official handbook, some help as it just says move seat.It would seem there are 2 catches securing the seat down any advice on how to release them please?

To get the battery out is fairly simple. Open the door on each side. Standing in front of the side of the seat pull and jerk upwards as hard as you can. Do the same for the other side. Spring clips hold the seat in place.
