Bad Injector? Need Help JDM Motor

I have a d16z6. I replaced all the plugs, wires, control module, cap, and rotor last night. I just drove it for about a mile and it still runs like crap. No. 1 cylinder misses at idle and when I hold the Rpm at about 2000. I pulled the no.1 spark plug and it is completely black. Pulled the rest and look fine. What could be causing this? Do I have a bad injector that is staying open(running that cylinder rich) or could it be a wiring problem to the injector? Please let me know. Thanks

Have you checked compression for #1 cylinder?

Checked compression and it is pretty much even on all cylinders. Any other ideas?? Thanks for the help
