Are You Ready For This????

OK i jsut " adopted " a 93 Camoaro from an old boss. it HAD manual windows on the drivers side. not any more. some "person" an actual shop, converted them to power. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! they dont work most of the car has crossed wires, blah, blah. so here's the big prob. where the heck are my running daylights? i found a 3amp fuse in the steering column today that was blown. when replaced, the door chime and a clicking noise ( like when you try to start a car with a dead battery). what, who, where, WHY?????? does anyone know where my RDL's are and why they wont work and what is this blown fuse??
